From this seccion, users may open Support tickets that will be recived and managed by the Zevenet Support Team.
Use te "Open Ticket" button to start a new Ticket or select an already open ticket from the list. Each Ticket is identified by a unique number. In the next image you can see 2 differents tickets. One of them is in "Responded" status and the second is "In progress" status. You could select one of those tickets just clicking over "SR#91" or "SR#92" in the following example.
The status of the ticket will change its colour to show the progress.
